Easy dishes | Turkey with walnutsPortions 12 portions Preparation Time 120 minutes Cooking Time 45 minutesIngredients 1 turkey of 7 kilos 1 kilo of ground beef 250 grams of walnuts 250 grams of almonds 250 grams of pistachios 2 spoons of sesame seeds 250 Grapes of raisins 1 bottle of white wine ½ cup of aniseed liqueur 4 slices of bread 1 tablespoon of paprika 3 tablespoons of butter ½ cup of milk 1 egg 4 cloves of garlic 2 cups of chicken broth ½ cup of olive oil Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste Preparation Wash and dry the turkey. Inject the wine and salt on the inside and on the outside. Sprinkle with the pápikra and the olive oil. Let marinate in the refrigerator overnight, covered with aluminum foil. In a frying pan toast the nuts , almonds, pistachios and sesame, all chopped. When they are golden brown, add the raisins and the aniseed liqueur. Reserve.
