Easy dishes | Spring risotto with turkeyPortions 6 servings Preparation Time 10 minutes Cooking Time 30 minutesIngredients ½ tray of diced turkey drumsticks 3 cups of risotto rice 2 cubes of chicken broth diluted in 4 cups of water 2 cups of cooked broccoli ½ cup Parmesan cheese ½ cup cooked vetch 1 tbsp chopped garlic 1 chopped pearl onion 2 tbsp butter ½ cup white wine ½ cup chopped carrot < br> Salt and pepper to taste Preparation Keep the chicken broth warm. In a deep pan brown the olive oil with the turkey and onions and garlic. Add the rice and stir until it changes color, add the carrots , add the white wine and let it reduce. When the rice absorbs the wine, incorporate the broth little by little, always letting the rice absorb all the previous broth. Continue until the rice is creamy and cooked.
