Fittings | Rolled cassava with chicken
300 grams of cooked and shredded chicken thighs

Salt and pepper to taste
Cook the yucca in enough salted water until it is soft and drain.
Reduce it to puree and add the eggs and butter.
Form a dough and reserve.
