Easy dishes | Rice and apple saladPortions 4 servings Preparation Time 20 minutes Cooking Time There are no detailsIngredients 2 cups of cooked brown rice 1 red apple 1 green apple 4 tablespoons of natural yogurt 3 tablespoons of sherry 2 teaspoons of curry 1/3 of cup of dried raisins 1/2 cup celery peeled and chopped into small cubes Lemon juice A pinch of ground clove Salt, Pepper Preparation In a bowl combine the yogurt, sherry, curry and cloves. Salt and stir well until everything is incorporated and obtain a very amalgamated mixture. Reserve in the refrigerator. Descorazone apples, peel them and cut them into cubes. Pass them through the lemon juice to prevent them from rusting. Add them to the previous mixture together with the raisins and the celery. Stir and finally add the rice. Incorporate everything.
