3 cups of flour

Mix both flours and separate two and a half cups for the dough.

Let it rest for 30 minutes covered with a damp cloth.
Divide the dough into small balls.
Take one and anoint one side with a little ghee.
Stretch it out of 10 to 12 cm in diameter.
Repeat the process with the rest of the dough.
In a hot pan the oil and place a dough disk, this should be inflated. Turn over with a spatula and continue until golden brown.
