2 1/3 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/2 cup sugar
Grated peel of half a lemon
2 yolks
1 egg white
50 grams of melted butter

2 tablespoons of cognac or aniseed liqueur

On a table or a bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and cinnamon.
Add the grated peel of the lemon.
Mix lightly with the yolks and the white with the lard. melted and milk.
Add to the preparation.
Finally add the liqueur.
Knead everything until the dough is smooth; Stretch leaving it thin (3 mm) and cut strips of 3 cm long that are knotted in the center.
