Easy dishes | Merecumbé of tilapiaPortions 6 servings Preparation Time 30 minutes Cooking Time fiftyIngredients 6 tilapia fillets 500 grams of chopped large potatoes 100 grams of margarine 1 cup of milk 1 paiteña onion chopped into small cubes 6 servings of rice 1 avocado 1 tomato 2 tablespoons of oil 5 cloves of finely chopped garlic 1 sprig of chopped cilantro very thin 250 grams of red bean bag soaked overnight Salt and pepper to taste Preparation Bring a pan to the fire, heat the oil and brown the fillets on both sides; Reserve hot. Cut the potatoes into halves and cook them in enough salt water until they are soft, remove from the heat and strain; place them in a bowl, let them cool and reduce them to puree. In a bowl, mix the puree with the margarine, milk, salt and pepper and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until you have a very smooth puree . Cook the beans until they are soft. Bring a pan to the fire with the oil and sauté the onion and garlic until they are transparent. Add the beans to the sofrito and let it cook until you get a vegetable , add the cilantro, season with salt and pepper to your liking. Cut the tomato and the avocado in eighths.
