Ingredients


800 grams of tummy cooked and chopped into small pieces
6 large white potatoes peeled and chopped
1/4 cup of chopped onion paiteña
1 branch of chopped white onion
1 tablespoon of cilantro Chopped
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped tomato without skin and without seeds
2 cloves of finely chopped garlic
4 tablespoons of achiote oil
4 tablespoons of roasted and ground peanuts
1 1/2 cup of milk
4 cups of water
2 avocados
Salt
Pepper
Cumin

Preparation


In a pot make a re-fried with the oil, onions, pepper, tomato and garlic, seasoning with salt, pepper, cumin and oregano.
Add the potatoes and the belly, and sauté for 5 minutes .
Then add the liquefied peanuts with the milk.
Cook for 10 minutes stirring continuously

Add a little more hot water and cook until the potatoes are very soft.
Serve hot with slices. of avocado and toasted.
