foods | Corvina with white winePortions 6 servings Preparation Time 15 minutes Cooking Time 25 minutesIngredients 1/2 kilo of corvina fillet 3 onions 2 carrots 1 cup of white wine Thyme Laurel Pepper of grain Salt For the salad: 1 lettuce 1 small onion paiteña One lemon juice One splash of olive oil Salt and pepper Preparation Wash and dry the cut croaker in 6 portions. Peel the onions and cut them into julienne strips. Peel the carrots and cut them into disks. In a thick-bottomed casserole, combine the white wine, aromatic herbs, a few grains of pepper and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, add the carrots and onions and cook all together until the liquid has been reduced to one third. Put the corvina on the casserole, cover well and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Let cool in the same pan and serve at room temperature accompanied with the salad. To prepare the salad, wash and dry the leaves of lettuce and chop onions. Season with lemon juice, oil and season.
