Easy dishes | Corvina with purple cabbagePortions 4 servings Preparation Time 25 minutes Cooking Time 30 minutesIngredients 800 grams of corvina fillet 2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar Salt and black pepper 1/2 cup of lemon juice Flour 8 cups of purple cabbage, finely chopped 2 tablespoons of chopped garlic in strips 1 cup of olive oil Preparation Cut the corvina fillet into strips, season and bathe with the lemon juice; let stand for 10 minutes. Pass it through flour and brown it in hot oil together with the garlic until they are very tender inside. Remove in absorbent paper and reserve. Heat a refractory container, place the vinegar , salt and pepper and mix. Add the cabbage and stir well. Bring to a hot oven for 10 minutes. Add the fish to the cabbage and bake for 5 minutes more.
