Put the mussels in a pot, over a high heat, with the onion, chopped in julienne, thyme, bay leaf and a sprig of parsley. Water with the wine and let it cook. Take out the mussels, close the juice and bring it back to the fire. Reduce, add the cream, season with salt and pepper and tie the sauce with the butter. Cut the corvina in 6 equal portions, season with salt and pepper and brown in a pan lightly greased with butter and oil.
