Ingredients


6 corvina fillets (1 kilo)
150 grams of butter
2 tablespoons of capers
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
1 cup of white wine
Salt and black pepper

Preparation


Salpimiente corvina fillets and take to a pan with half the butter, brown it and add a splash of white wine; cover and let cook for 8 minutes.
Put the remaining butter in a pan over the heat and cold until it acquires a caramel tone; Add the remaining wine, parsley and capers, heat and pour over the fish.
