foods | Corvina stuffed with crabPortions 6 servings Preparation Time 30 minutes Cooking Time 25 minutesIngredients 3 corvina fillet shells (1200 grams) 1/4 cup butter 1 chopped finely chopped chives 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh basil 1 tablespoon parsley Chopped Salt and white pepper 1/2 cup of milk cream 150 grams of crabmeat 4 teaspoons of lemon juice 2 cups of bread crumb Salsa 3 tablespoons of butter 2 tablespoons of flour 1 cup of water 1 cube of chicken concentrate 1/4 cup of milk cream 1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese Preparation In a saucepan, heat the butter and sauté in it, the chives, the basil, the parsley, the salt, the pepper, the crab meat for 5 minutes. Then add the cream and the juice of lemon and cook for 2 more minutes. Remove from heat and add the breadcrumb, stirring constantly, until a paste is obtained. Cut the corvina fillets into 6 equal portions and make a longitudinal cut to each of them, salt and pepper and fill with the previous pasta the pieces of corvina. Place the fish in a previously greased baking tin and place the remaining pasta on top of them. Take the preheated oven to medium temperature for 15 minutes or until very tender. Sauce: While the fish is cooking, heat the butter in a small saucepan. Add the flour, reduce the temperature and cook for 2 minutes. > Add stirring, water, chicken concentrate, cream and simmer until obtaining er a homogenous sauce. Combine the cheese with the sauce.
