Easy dishes | Corvina rollsPortions 4 servings Preparation Time 35 minutes Cooking Time 30 minutesIngredients 1 kilo of corvina fillet 1 bunch of chives 250 grams of mushrooms 1 cup of cream of milk 30 grams of butter Salt and pepper 1 tooth of finely chopped garlic Preparation Wash the corvina fillet and cut into 4 portions, season with salt and pepper and roll them on themselves, holding them with a toothpick. In a thick-bottomed casserole, sauté the corvina rolls in butter, giving them the turn from time to time so that they are fried on all sides. Remove them and reserve. In the same butter, sauté the chopped clean mushrooms, chopped fine onion and garlic; cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Place the rolls on the mushrooms, cover the casserole and continue cooking for 5 to 6 minutes more. Remove the fish, place it on a serving tray and keep it warm. Add the cream and cook until it has been reduced to half. Rectify the salt and pepper and serve the rolls accompanied by the sauce. Suggested garnish: sautéed vegetables or baked potatoes.
