Easy dishes | Corvina in orange saucePortions 6 servings Preparation Time 25 minutes Cooking Time 15 minutesIngredients 1/2 kilo of corvina fillet 1 cup of fish stock 2 onions 2 tablespoons of sugar 1 tablespoon of vinegar 1/2 cup of orange juice Flour Olive oil 1 teaspoon of sweet pepper Salt and pepper 1/4 teaspoon of water Preparation Cut the corvina into six equal pieces. In a saucepan, place 1/4 cup of water with salt and pepper. When it starts to boil, add the corvina and cover. br> Let cook until very tender. Remove and reserve. Chop the onions very thin and brown in a little oil. Add the sugar and, when caramelized, pour the orange juice , the vinegar, the sweet pepper and the fish stock Cook about 10 minutes over a very soft fire. Rectify the salt.
