foods | Corvina al gingerPortions 6 servings Preparation Time 15 minutes Cooking Time 15 minutesIngredients 1 1/2 kilos of sea bass 3 tablespoons of olive oil 2 tablespoons of soy sauce 2 tablespoons of sherry 1 clove of chopped garlic 1 tablespoon of ginger Chopped 6 mushrooms 2 tablespoons of tomato paste Preparation Cut the croaker into pieces. In a bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of the olive oil with the soy, sherry, garlic and ginger and marinade the corvina in this preparation for 2 hours, in the fridge. Heat the remaining oil in a pan. Add the sea bass with its marinade and the mushrooms cut into thin strips. Cook for 12 minutes over a low heat, stirring occasionally. > Add the tomato paste and cook for 3 more minutes. Serve hot.
