Easy dishes | Corvina a la ciderPortions 4 servings Preparation Time 20 minutes Cooking Time 15 minutesIngredients 1 kilo of corvina fillet 1 1/2 cup of cider 25 grams of butter 1 tablespoon of flour 1 lemon or an orange Fresh Dill Oil Olive 1/2 teaspoon peppercorns Salt and pepper 1 teaspoon sugar Aluminum foil Preparation Grease a baking tray with a little oil. Place the cuttlefish steak in 4 equal portions; Season with a little salt and pepper. Sprinkle with a splash of lemon and cider, take to the oven for 10 to 15 minutes, covered with aluminum foil. Remove the tray, keep the heat without removing the paper and drain the cooking liquid. Reserve. In a frying pan, melt the butter, add the flour and sauté over a low heat, until lightly browned, for about 2 minutes. Add the juice reserved, a pinch of salt and a few grains of pepper and sugar, stirring constantly. Continue cooking until the sauce thickens slightly. Season with a little chopped dill.
