Ingredients


Ingredients for the Masa.
750 grams of flour
500 grams of butter
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of sugar
4 cups of water
For the Fill < br> 500 grams of chicken
2 hard-boiled eggs
500 grams of bread
125 grams of raisins
125 grams of olives
2 white onion branches
1 tablespoon of oil
1 tablespoon of Chinese sauce
Frying oil
Salt, pepper, cumin

Preparation


Stuffing Preparation.
Cook the chicken with the spices and the finely chopped white onion.
Once the chicken is cooked, remove from the heat and crumble it; return to the pot, add the raisins, olives, Chinese sauce, sugar, bread and stir until everything is integrated.
Return the pot to the heat and cook for 5 more minutes, add the chopped eggs to the last one.
Remove from heat and reserve.
Dough.
Put sifted flour, salt, sugar and butter in a bowl. Mix until everything is integrated.
Add water and knead until it sticks to your hands.
Shape and stretch with a rolling pin until it is 0.50 cm thick.
Fill with the condumio, wet the edges, repulse or seal with a fork.
Fry in very hot oil until golden brown.
