Mix flour, salt and pepper. Pass the medallions through this mixture shaking off the excess. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and brown them through 3 minutes. Add the mushrooms and garlic. Add water, vinegar, bay leaf and thyme. Lower the heat and cover the preparation so that it cooks for 10 minutes. Remove the chicken and cook the juices for 5 minutes.
