Ingredients


3 trays of veal ribs

1 cup tomato sauce
½ cup of honey
1 medium pearly onion, chopped
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 lemon juice
1 teaspoon of chili powder
1 teaspoon of salt, thyme, oregano and basil
Salt, salt of onion and garlic salt to taste
¼ teaspoon of Tabasco sauce

Preparation


Light the wood-fired oven
In a food processor place all the ingredients of the sauce, liquefy and keep it in covered refrigeration
