Easy dishes | Baked sea bass with tomatoPortions 4 servings Preparation Time 60 minutes Cooking Time 30 minutesIngredients 1 kilo of corvina fillet 2 ripe tomatoes 2 cloves of garlic Thyme Laurel Parsley Olive oil 5 potatoes 1 glass of dry white wine Salt and pepper Preparation Wash and thoroughly dry the sea bass fillet and cut it into 4 parts. In a mortar, crush the garlic with the herbs and add the sea bass, salt and pepper to the mixture. Cut the tomatoes into slices, removing them the seeds and season with salt. Heat oil in a pan and brown the potatoes, cut into thin slices. In a baking dish greased with oil, arrange the fillet, cover with the slices of tomato and potatoes, bathe with white wine and cook in a moderate oven, until the corvina is tender. Serve immediately.
