Pass them through the griddle for ten minutes. Wrap each asparagus with a slice of prosciutto and reserve. In a bowl, mix a bit of mayonnaise with a teaspoon of mustard. Reserve. Lightly toast the bread. Spread the sauce reserved on the loaves. Place a drizzle of olive oil in a nonstick skillet. When it’s hot, cold the quail eggs , one by one.
