Salad | Turkey salad with strawberries
1 platter of turkey breast fillet of 1,000 grams, cut into strips
1 yellow bell pepper cut into squares
18 cherry tomatoes
1 scoop of jam Strawberry
¾ cup olive oil
¼ cup vinegar
½ silk lettuce
½ crespa lettuce
Salt and pepper to taste
In a pan brown the breast fillets for 30 minutes. Desmenúcelos and salpimiente.
Make a bed of lettuce alternating silk and crisp lettuce leaves.
Distribute on the lettuce the strawberries, the cherry tomatoes, the pepper and the radishes.
On the middle put the breast of turkey.
Prepare the vinaigrette mixing the jam with the vinegar and the oil, salt and pepper.
Pour the vinaigrette over the preparation.
