500 grams of pork stew


Chop the pork into cubes.
In a pan with a drizzle of oil, sauté the stew until it is golden and tender.
Add the mushrooms, let brown for five more minutes. Reserve hot.
In a blender or food processor combine the basil, parsley, green onion, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Mix well.
Spread this preparation on the pork and place half of the mushrooms.
Marine in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
With the rest of the dressing prepare mayonnaise, add the egg and the oil very slowly until obtaining the desired consistency.
Arrange the lettuce, the purple cabbage and the pepper on the plates, place the marinated pork on top and bathe with the mayonnaise (prepared).
