Ingredients


5 cloves of ground garlic
1 cup of chopped coriander
1 red hot pepper
3 tablespoons of sugar
ΒΌ cup of lemon juice
3 tablespoons of fish sauce
1 package of fine rice noodles
1 medium carrot
2 Japanese cucumbers
6 Chinese cabbage leaves

Preparation


To prepare the sauce, mix the garlic, chopped cilantro, chopped red pepper in brunoise, fish sauce and sugar in a bowl, stir well and let stand for at least five minutes.
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions . Wash, clean and cut the vegetables in thin julienne.
Mix the vegetables with the noodles and finally with the sauce.
