Ingredients
1 tablespoon of flour
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 cup of chicken broth
1 cup of cream of milk
3 tablespoons of tomato sauce
1 teaspoon of sauce English
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Brown for three minutes, a tablespoon of flour with two tablespoons of olive oil.
Incorporate a cup of chicken broth, a cup of cream and simmer until it thickens. Add three tablespoons of tomato sauce, a teaspoon of English sauce, a teaspoon of paprika, ½ teaspoon of Tabasco sauce, two tablespoons of lemon juice and cook for four more minutes.
Season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and serve.
