Salad | Caesar salad with chicken strips
2 breast fillets cut into strips
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
6 slices water loaf cut into cubes
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon butter
½ tablespoon of anchovy pasta
2 chopped lettuce
Salt and pepper to taste
Brown the breasts with salt, pepper and a little lemon juice.
Wash the lettuce and drain well.
