Fast and easy recipe for a soft serve strawberry ice cream!
Makes 1 Pint
cup (175 mL) 35% cream (aka: whipping / heavy)
1 egg (if raw eggs freak you out leave it out)
1 tsp (5 mL) pure vanilla extract
3 Tbsp (45 mL) or so strawberry jam
Blend together all of the
ingredients until smooth. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator, then pour mixture into the ice cream freezer and follow manufacturers directions.
