In a bowl put the four egg yolks, the butter, the cornstarch, the sugar, the cream, the baking powder and vanilla, and mix them with a wooden spoon until everything is completely incorporated. Apart whisk the four egg whites until stiff and add them to the previous preparation in an enveloping form. Add the raisins.
