| Maracuyá SorbetPortions 12 portions 55 minutes There are no detailsIngredients 1/4 cup of boiling water 1 cup of light sugar 1 tablespoon of orange zest and 2 thirds cup of passion fruit juice Preparation In a bowl, combine the sugar with the boiling water until it dissolves. Add the grated rind and passion fruit juice. Let the mixture cool completely, put it in a square mold, cover it and put it into the freezer. Move the mixture every 5 minutes and cover it again.
