Remove from the heat , add the sugar, almonds and skin of the grated lemon. Let cool. Add the finely beaten yolks and mix well. Place the whites until stiff and incorporate the set carefully in an enveloping form . Prepare a mold of about 24 centimeters in diameter greased and floured. Pour the preparation and place in the preheated oven at medium temperature, for 35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out dry. Unmold when it’s still warm and serve.
