1 kilogram of shrimp with very fresh skin3 green bananas2 cloves of garlic1 chopped onion paiteña finely chopped1 chopped bell pepper1 tablespoon chopped parsley4 tablespoons colored oilSaltFood
Wash the shrimp well, peel them and turn them aside. Put the peels in a pot, cover them with water and cook for 15 minutes.
