7 cabbage leaves 2 large potatoes 3 Chinese turnip greens2 yellow carrots1 white onion2 spoons of margarine1 bay leaf2 large ripe tomatoesSalts and pepperSoups of milk500 grams of pork with bone
Place the meat in a roasting pan and bring to a preheated oven on medium heat for 30 minutes.Place the meat in a pot with 6 cups of cold water and bring to a boil for an hour, foaming occasionally. If you wish you can cook the meat in a pressure cooker for 20 minutes. Wash the cabbage leaves, cut them into pieces and add them to the cooking. Add the peeled and chopped potatoes. Finely chop the onion and julienne the rest of the vegetables, sauté lightly in the margarine for 10 minutes Add this preparation to the soup with the bay leaves, and season with salt. Remove the skin and the seeds from the tomatoes. Cut them into small pieces and add them to the pot 5 minutes before the end of cooking. Remove the meat from the broth.
