8 zuquinis1 red apple, chopped, skinless and seedless1 teaspoon mustard 1/2 cup milk3 cups of water1 tablet of chicken concentrate200 grams of ricotta cheese1 finely chopped pearl onionA splash of olive oil
In a large saucepan heat a little oil. Smelt the onion, zucchini and apple until they are transparent. Add the 3 cups of water and cook for 5 minutes.
