1 kilogram of albacore fish1 kilogram of cassava peeled and cut into pieces2 branches of white onion1 branch of chopped parsley1 clove of crushed garlic1 chopped onion paiteña and pickled with salt and lemon1 tablespoon of chili powder3 tablespoons of chopped corianderSaltFood
Place yucca, garlic, white onion, parsley and dressings in a pot. Cover everything with water and cook for 20 minutes. Then add the fish and cook for 10 more minutes. Remove the fish and let it cool. Keep cooking the broth until the yucca is soft. Remove the fish and mix it with the pickled onion. In each dish, put broth, yucca and a spoonful of the fish onion.
