In a normal pressure cooker, place all the ingredients to prepare a substantial broth. Cook until the chicken is soft. Sift the broth in another pot, bring back to the fire until it boils.Add the carrot and rice.When the rice begins to open add the potatoes and peas.Apart prepare a rehash with the paiteña onion, pepper, parsley, cilantro and a little oil.
