1 small melon 2 champagne glasses Codorníu Semi Seco 2 tablespoons honey 1 pinch of cayenne pepper 1/2 lemon juice Mint leaves p>
Make a cut in the melon and remove all the pulp taking care to leave the bark clean since we will use it as a container for the drink. Place the Semi Dry Codorníu champagne with the rest of the ingredients in the blender and liqueur a few minutes. Serve very cold in the melon peels decorated with mint leaves p>
