cocktails | Christmas fruit punch
1 green apple
1 red apple
1 cup chopped watermelon
1 can of preserved pineapple
4 halves of canned peaches
2 cups of juice orange
3 sweet peppers
1 ½ cups sugar
1 cup chopped papaya
1 cup green seedless grapes and cut into slices
1 cup of red grapes without seeds and cut into slices
1 bottle of champagne or fruit wine
1 dram of white rum for perfuming </ p>
Blend the pulp of a mango with a cup of water.
Bring to medium heat with spices and sugar. Let cook for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, let cool completely and reserve.
In a punch bowl place the apples cut in cubes and passed through lemon juice, pineapple, mango, chopped peaches, orange juice, papaya, grapes and watermelon.
Mix everything with a plastic or wooden spoon.
Add mango juice, champagne, rum and if you want you can add 2 cups of ice cubes. </ p>
