It is an exquisite cheese to chop accompanied by fruits, olives, bread, nuts. Being Italian is excellent for making pizzas, either alone or accompanied by other cheeses. Excellent in the production of quimbolitos, humitas and hot sandwiches.
Its maximum consumption time is 30 days and its maturing time is 15 days. Store in refrigeration at 4⁰C, after open consume in the shortest possible time.
It is a mature product, made with pasteurized cow’s milk. It is slightly yellowish in color. It has a soft crust, smooth fine paste, with a slightly acid taste. Of Italian origin. P>
